Call for Proposals – Idaho Association for Bilingual Education

Deadline for Proposals: December 13, 2019

IABE encourages presentations by and for teachers, administrators and support staff. Our goal is to offer a variety of presentations to support educators who serve emergent bilingual learners and their families in various contexts including: bilingual education, English Learner programs, migrant programs and general education classrooms. Proposal Information

Brief Description of Proposed Session*

A three-sentence description that details what the session will address and what attendees can expect to learn from attending. This description will be used for the conference program and should address the objectives, content, and ways participants may use the information (Max. 70 words).

Describe in detail your presentation and how you intend to engage the audience (activities, group work, etc.) Attendees prefer attending sessions where they are actively involved during the session.

Conference Information

Information on Presenter Fees

For one or two presenters, the conference registration fee is waived. If there are more than two presenters, the full registration fee applies.

Slide projector and screen will be provided. Please bring your own laptop. If a laptop is needed please note that below. Also, please have your presentation downloaded on your computer and/or on a thumb drive.
